Founded in 1959, Denizsan is Turkey's most established company operating in the shipbuilding sub-industry. Its core business includes the production of low- and high-pressure hydraulic and mechanical deck machinery, as well as all types of deck equipment. To date, the company has provided safe and practical solutions to over 1,000 vessels sailing internationally. At its factory in Kartal, Istanbul, it manufactures and develops a constantly updated product range, adhering to international standards and complying with all class certificates and specifications. Its expert engineering team expands its product range and continues its R&D efforts, adhering to constantly evolving technology and changing regulations. The product range includes various types and specifications of cranes, davits, hydraulic and electric winches, steering gear, deck equipment, GRP doors, recycling winches, and hydraulic systems designed to meet customer needs. Based on an average of the last three years, the company uses 40 to 50 percent of its production capacity for export. The use of its machinery in a wide range of sectors (cranes, drum winches, hydraulic systems) drives the company to manufacture machinery for sectors other than the maritime sector (mobile cranes, scrap cranes and presses, mining, etc.), thereby driving continuous growth. Indeed, during a period of contraction in the maritime sector, the company quickly completed the necessary R&D work and manufactured and delivered three truck-mounted scrap cranes and grabs to its customers. These cranes are currently operating smoothly. The company currently operates in a 3,500 m² enclosed and semi-enclosed area within a 4,100 m² plot. The company holds ISO 9001 and Mode II certifications from Bureau Veritas. Therefore, it has received production approval from a globally recognized classification society. As part of the DENED Group, we serve as a key manufacturing and engineering hub supporting the production of high-quality marine and port equipment, including cranes and other heavy-duty deck machinery, under the supervision and design authority of our parent company, DENED (www.dened.nu).
